As the founder of 4 Brothers Brewing, I am overjoyed to have won three bronze medals at the Royal Queensland Beer Awards. This achievement is the result of years of hard work, dedication, and passion for brewing exceptional beers.
We are a family-owned brewery located in Toowoomba, Queensland, and we take pride in our handcrafted beers that are brewed with the finest ingredients and using traditional brewing methods. We are committed to creating unique and flavourful beers that stand out in a highly competitive market.
When we entered the competition, we knew that the competition would be tough, and we were up against some of the best breweries in the country. This was also the first round of batches that we had brewed on our new equipment, since moving to our new premises in the CBD. However, we had confidence in our beers and the brewing process, and we were thrilled when three of our four our entries received recognition.
Toowoomba Lager won a bronze medal in the Australasian category. This beer is brewed for both craft and non-craft beer drinkers alike. It's a low bitterness easy drinking beer with a refreshing and crisp finish. This beer is a customer favourite and is our flagship product. Our Pale Ale, Lazy Brother, which won a bronze medal in the Pale Ale category, is a hop-forward beer with citrus and tropical fruit flavours and a slightly bitter finish.
The E.S.B, which won a bronze medal in the Extra Special Beer category, with a balance of malt and hop flavours and a clean finish.
Winning these medals is a great honour for us, and it is a testament to the quality of our beers and the hard work of our team. We have always been committed to brewing exceptional beers, and this recognition encourages us to continue pushing the boundaries and exploring new flavours and brewing techniques.
We are proud to be a part of the growing craft beer industry in Queensland, and we hope that our success will inspire other breweries to create unique and flavourful beers that reflect the spirit of their communities.
Winning three bronze medals at the Royal Queensland Beer Awards is a significant achievement for us, and we are grateful for the recognition. We will continue to work hard and brew exceptional beers that reflect our passion and commitment to the craft.
